Compressive Deep Tissue

Also known as "Barefoot Massage." Compressive Deep Tissue is done on the floor on soft mat and targets specific areas to melt tension from the muscles. The pressure applied is extremely deep but does not feel abrasive or aggressive, because the pressure sinks in very slowly. Compressive Deep Tissue takes much more time than a traditional table massage. Time is allowed for the muscle tissue to relax layer by layer until the tension in the area completely dissipates. Results and amount of sessions vary depending on the lifespan of tissue injury or tension. 90 minutes is recommended for full-body sessions.
